COURSE UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Due to the complexities and permissions of organising a 100km race through Eryri, we are still working on the exact course for 2026. The maps and elevation profile will be revealed in the coming months.
Aid stations are available at strategic locations and regular intervals along the course. These provide basic food and drink options and shelter from the elements.
Larger aid stations will be well stocked with hot food options, hot drinks and a selection of other snacks including cold drinks, water, cola and Näak Energy products.
There are toilet facilities at all locations (including women's toilets and toilets with period products). Most larger aid stations are located in existing buildings or marquees, are warm, and will have seating and rest areas.
Villages which the route passes through include:
- Capel Curig
- Beddgelert
- Rhyd Ddu
- Betws Garmon
UTS 100K is a semi-autonomous / self-sufficient event with aid stations and medical cover at strategic locations on the course. However, due to the extent of the course we strongly advise you to have your own support crew. Your support crew will be able to provide you with personal assistance at designated locations. Due to the remote nature of some aid stations, and the lack of easily accessible car parking, we have to be very selective of which locations we can allow personal assistance.
We strongly advise you to have a supporter to drive you home after the event. Due to the fatigue of completing Ultra-Trail Snowdonia by UTMB, runners should not attempt to drive themselves home.
