Registrations for each competition (i.e. race distance) will be available until Sunday 20 April 2025 at 23:59, or until the race distance is full. If a race distance is full you will not be able to enter the competition. We recommend you register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Registrations will be made exclusively online and payment will be made by credit / debit card. Registrations are not accepted on the day of the event. All registrations must be completed and paid before this date. There will not be a waiting list in operation for any of the competitions.
Prior to the event, all participants must have read and understood the race regulations and be aware of the timings listed in the event schedule.

Please note: we operate a variable pricing structure for registrations. To secure your entry at the best price it's recommended you purchase your registration as soon as possible.
25% of registrations to all competitions will be available at a reduced ‘early bird’ price. Registration prices will rise after the 'early bird' price. Pricing is inventory-based and will automatically increase once each price band has been filled.
Participants can purchase cancellation insurance during registration. The purpose of cancellation insurance is to refund registration fees paid for the event if the insured participant is forced to withdraw before the race (General Terms & Conditions apply).
Participants who wish to subscribe to cancellation insurance will be required to pay an additional 10% to their registration fee. Cancellation insurance must be booked exclusively at the time of registration. Cancellation of an entry, or non-participation in a race, does not entitle the participant to priority entry for a subsequent year. There will be no refund for participants who wish to cancel their registration and do not have cancellation insurance.
ENTRY CRITERIA
UTS 100M, UTS 100K and UTS 50K are open to anyone who is at least 20 years old on the day of the race start. ERYRI 25K is open to anyone 17 years or older on the day of the race start:
- UTS 100M. Born on or before 16 May 2005.
- UTS 100K and UTS 50K. Born on or before 17 May 2005.
- ERYRI 25K. Born on or before 18 May 2008.
To register for the UTS 100M, UTS 100K or UTS 50K you must have experience in long distance races. It is important to be fully aware of the difficulty of the terrain and the need to be self-sufficient for long periods of time. Ultra-Trail Snowdonia by UTMB is not an event for beginners in trail running.
UTS 100M
To register for the UTS 100M participants will need to have a UTMB Index in the 100K or 100M race category at the time you purchase your registration. While there is no limit on the minimum UTMB Index, we recommend participants have a UTMB Index of at least 380. With a UTMB Index below this value it is very likely the participant will not be able to arrive at the checkpoints on time as they will not be able to comply with the established cut-off times. This is a new requirement for 2025 to ensure participants in this race distance have shown previous experience of completing similar competitions. The race features difficult, mountainous terrain and scrambling, and the potential for challenging weather conditions. Participants must be both physically and mentally fit for the race and will need to meet the cut-off times in order to continue in the competition.

UTS 100K
Participants registering for the UTS 100K do not need to have a UTMB Index. However, the race features difficult, mountainous terrain and scrambling, and the potential for challenging weather conditions. Participants must be both physically and mentally fit for the race and will need to meet the cut-off times in order to continue in the competition. Despite not requiring a UTMB Index, participants must be prepared to be self-sufficient for long periods of time in all weather conditions (including through the night).
UTS 50K
Participants registering for the UTS 50K do not need to have a UTMB Index. However, the race features difficult, mountainous terrain and the potential for challenging weather conditions. Participants must be both physically and mentally fit for the race and will need to meet the cut-off times in order to continue in the competition. Despite not requiring a UTMB Index, participants must be prepared to be self-sufficient for long periods of time in all weather conditions.
ERYRI 25K
Participants registering for the ERYRI 25K do not need to have a UTMB Index. However, the race features difficult, mountainous terrain and the potential for challenging weather conditions. Despite not requiring a UTMB Index, participants must be prepared to be self-sufficient in all weather conditions.
