Charity bibs
20 Charity Bibs are available at Ultra-Trail Snowdonia for 2024's event. These are available for people who wish to support our chosen local charity. Your donation is made through the UTMB Cares endowment fund.
For 2024, we have selected Snowdonia Society as our charity. Snowdonia Society is a local conservation charity working with volunteers, communities, businesses and individuals to help look after Snowdonia - the stunning landscape we use for our UTS trails.
Since 1967 the Snowdonia Society has worked tirelessly to ensure that Snowdonia is well-protected, well-managed and enjoyed by all. Their main work is practical conservation and campaigning. This is directly beneficial to UTS and you - our passionate community of trail runners!

Registrations with a Charity Bibs are subject to the same rules and conditions as normal registrations (registration fees, cancellation, regulations, etc.).
We have 20 Charity Bibs available for 2024's event.

- 5 x UTS 100K
- 5 x UTS 100M
Registrations for Charity Bibs are on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations will remain open until all available Charity Bibs are taken, or until 23:59 on Friday 26 April 2024 (whichever is earlier). There will be no waiting list.
The donation amount for a Charity Bib is £400 (€470). Your £400 donation will be given to the UTMB Cares endowment fund which then allocates this to our chosen UTS charity; Snowdonia Society.
Important: the donation amount above is separate to the registration fee. You will also need to pay for your registration after you have donated to UTMB Cares.
You can register by clicking on the Charity Bib Registration button below. Ensure you are logged in to your MyUTMB account.
Once on the registration page, select the UTS competition you want to take part in and make the donation. A confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically with information to finalise your registration and secure your place at Ultra-Trail Snowdonia.
By registering for a Charity Bib you agree for your contact details (e-mail and phone number) to be shared with the Snowdonia Society. This is so they can contact you to say 'thank you'!
100% of the donation will be given to the UTMB Cares endowment fund. After the donation, participants must pay the registration fee for their chosen competition (either ERYRI 25K, UTS 50K, UTS 100K or UTS 100M) to complete the Charity Bib process.
No more than 10% of your donation will go towards administration fees to manage the endowment fund.
No, the donation and registration fees are separate. You will need to pay for your registration fee after you have made the donation.
UTMB Cares is registered in France. Therefore, only individuals subject to French taxes can benefit from a tax deduction. A receipt will be sent to eligible participants.
Registrations with a Charity Bib follow the same cancellation rules as registrations.
If you have purchased cancellation insurance during your registration, and depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be entitled to a full refund of your registration.
If you did not purchase cancellation insurance during your registration, no refund will be possible.
Important: the donation and registration fees are independent. Therefore, donations are not refundable.
A donation is not refundable.
If you are no longer able to attend Ultra-Trail Snowdonia, you should follow the registration conditions and cancel your registration in your MyUTMB account.
